The Verdict is Out
Although both the Prosecution and the Defense had strong arguments and excellent presentations, there can only be one winner. The defense had compelling evidence that overruled the opposing argument. For example, when Johann was explaining the difference between the guns and how their accuracy varies, as well as the difference in the bullets and how their shape affects its momentum, it was very clear. Also, when the point of how criminals don't follow the law so why would they follow gun control laws. Additionally, it was clear that only criminals would obtain the firearms because they would buy them on the Black Market just like narcotics. Overall, the defending argument was stronger than the prosecuting argument.
